Obituary of Tadeusz Sitarz

SITARZ, Tadeusz - passed away peacefully with his family by his side at the London Health Sciences Centre - Victoria Hospital on Thursday, June 21st, 2012 in his 72nd year. Survived by his beloved mother, Magdalena, his wife Daniela (Kitowska) and sons Piotr (Monika) of Brampton, Ontario and Krzysztof (Allison) of Lambeth, Ontario. Will be greatly missed by his grandson Adrian also of Brampton, Ontario. As well, Tadeusz leaves behind extended family in Poland and Ukraine. Tadeusz was a respected musician and passed on his love of music not only to his family but also to his many students in London, Sarnia and St. Thomas. Visitors will be received on Sunday, June 24th, from 6 pm to 9 pm at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 419 Hill Street, on Monday, June 25th, at 11am. Interment will take place at St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers will be held on Sunday evening at 7 o'clock.
