Sawyer At Marian Villa Retirement Home, on Tuesday September 5, 2000 James Leslie, a member of Victory Branch, 317 Royal Canadian Legion and a member of CPR Pensioners Association, Queens Own Riffles W.W. II, son of the late Patrick and Marquerite Sawyer, in his 78th year. Dear brother of Mrs. Margaret Bourguignon of Azilda, Ontario, Elsie Sawyer of St. Thomas and Ross Sawyer of Lynn Lake, Manitoba. Predeceased by brothers and sisters. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Thursday evening from 7-9 o'clock. Then to rest at McGuinty Funeral Home, 591 Cassells Street, North Bay on Friday evening from 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at Pro Cathedral of Assumption Church, North Bay on Saturday morning at 10 o'clock. Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery, North Bay. The family would appreciate donations to the Canadian Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
