Baldassarro, John Unexpectedly and peacefully at home on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 John Baldassarro in his 78th year. Dear father of Michelle Driscoll (Mike). Proud grandfather of Tamara Driscoll and James Driscoll and great grandfather of Kaydance. Loving brother of Mary Baldassaro. Dear brother in law of Betty Baldassaro. Dear uncle of Marilyn Fortner (Garfield), Joseph Baldassaro, Catherine Poultney, and Jennifer Orr (David) and their families. Nephew to Caterina Baldassarro-Custureri in Italy. John will be missed by his many cousins in Canada and Italy. Predeceased by his parents Domenico and Caterina Baldassaro; his brothers Joseph (Karen) and Antonio; his uncles Antonio Baldassarro (Rosa) and Giovanni Pulitano (Francesca); and his aunt Maria Baldassarro-Foti in Italy. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Monday, March 19th from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at St. Mary's Church, 345 Lyle Street, on Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock. Entombment in Holy Family Mausoleum - St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
