Sue and I met when we were 17 at Old Victoria Hospital in dietary. She became a close friend from the start. I was honoured to be in her wedding party and found all of her family to be so kind towards me. Have many good memories of their home in Lambeth. Stringing popcorn and cranberries, delicious Lebanese food and of course some “pool parties” Although we haven’t seen each other in many years we did reconnect on Facebook. She was still the caring person I remember so many years ago. My deepest condolences. Love, Barb Takacs

My sincere condolences to Susan’s sons who she was so proud of, her family, friends and colleagues.
I had the opportunity to know Sue through our work together at the LA Consortium and we soon became friends. Sue had an infectious laugh, a love of life and very kind soul. I will miss her dearly.

My sincere condolences to the family. I had the pleasure of working with Sue for the last 6-7 years. She was one of my favorites, and I always enjoyed our meetings and conversations. Sue was funny, positive, and very passionate about her work. She loved her sons, Jason and Chris, and her grandson Cameron. She talked about them all the time—she was a proud mother and grandmother. Sue will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Dan L.

I feel so lucky that I got to meet Sue and have her be apart of my life. I remember when Dawn and Richard first got their latest house and Dawn, Sue, Danielle and I went and smudged the whole house and Danielle got it all on video, it was quite hysterical. The whole video is just us splitting a gut laughing having so much fun being silly. Over the last 9 years of knowing her we have shared many glasses of wine, laughs, celebrations and even a couple good cries. She has left life long memories and I am so grateful she was able to share in our wedding day too. I proposed to Danielle at her Sarnia home with the perfect beach view. Sue was so excited about it that she was able to be there and share in the moment. The loss of Sue will be something that so many people will feel as she made so many lasting connections with whomever she met. My condolences go to Jason and Chris and the families, this loss is one that came too quick.
Love you Sue Sue! Xo

From as far back as I can remember Sue has been in my life, I was lucky enough to grow up always having her there. Family gatherings, Christmas’s, birthdays, my wedding, a weekend hangout, you name it she was always there. She was like a second mom, always so caring and generous. I remember when I was younger and my dad and I were butting heads a bit, Sue immediately said I would come live with her for a little. That’s just what she did always offering ways to help and be there. If you were lucky enough to have met Sue you know that little sparkle she always had that just made you feel like you’ve known her forever, even my closest friends knew Sue, she was always there. She was and is family. All my love goes to Sue’s family, we lost a great one. Miss you already
Love always,
Danielle

Sue was such a pleasure to meet several years ago.
She had a way to put a smile on everyone around her
Truly amazing individual who really cared about her family and friends. My sister and Sue stopped by to check in on me a couple of months ago. Sue took me from a low point in my life and lifted it up to a high.
I will miss you Sue.
All my love
