Suddenly at LHSC Victoria Hospital on Monday, May 6, 2024 Maryanne Valentic, 6 days shy of her 58th birthday.  Survived by her parents Nicola and Marija Maras, her son Michael Valentic, her sister Mary Maras, her nephews Christopher, Andrew, Nicholas, Thomas, and Daniel and great nephew Wiliam and great niece Royella.  Predeceased by her sister Helen Martin.  

Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Wednesday, May 8 from 2-4 o'clock. Prayers will be held at 3:30. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Leopold Mandic Croatian Catholic Church, 2885 Westminster Drive, on Thursday morning, May 9 at 10 o'clock.  Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery.
