Smullen, Rosaleen "Rose"

Surrounded by her family at St. Joseph's Hospice, London, on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 Rose (nee McGuigan) Smullen, two days shy of her 76th birthday, passed away.  Loving wife of 54 years of Michael Smullen.  Proud mother of Roisin Peters, Kevin (Michelle) Smullen and, Michael Smullen.  Adored gran of Claire, Eoin, Katie, Jayln, and Ariel.  Dear sister of Tony McGuigan.  Predeceased by her siblings Michael, Patrick and Maire.  Rose will be fondly remembered by her sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews and their families.   Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Tuesday, April 9 from 2-4 and 6-8 o'clock.  Funeral Mass will be held at St. Patrick's Church, 1251 Dundas Street, on Wednesday morning, April 10 at 11 o'clock.  A reception will be held immediately following the Mass at the London Irish Canadian Cultural Club, 4308 Dundas Street.   Donations to Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (www.cpff.ca) or St. Joseph's Hospice, London (www.www.sjhospicelondon.com) would be appreciated.
