Peacefully at Parkwood Hospital, London, on Monday, March 25, 2024,Elaine Morrison.Elaine was born on St. Patrick's Day 1929, she graduated from Sacred Heart Separate School and IDCI in Ingersoll and then from the St. Joseph's School of Nursing in London in 1950.  As a devoted nurse Elaine worked in different provinces across Canada and for 14 years was Head Nurse of the ICU at Sarnia General Hospital.  Elaine was a long-time member of St. Martin of Tours Church CWL.  Predeceased by her parents Thomas and Marie Morrison, her sisters Patricia Morrison and Sheila (Bill) Hawkins. Predeceased by her uncles Father  Joseph Hennessey and Monsignor Willam Morrison. Dear sister of William (Patricia) Morrison of Kitchener.  Aunt Elaine will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Saturday morning, March 30 from 10:30 until the time of the funeral service at 11 o'clock.  Reception to follow.  Interment will take place Saturday afternoon at 1 o'clock in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Ingersoll.  In lieu of flowers, donations to Society of St. Vincent de Paul in memory of Elaine would be appreciated.
