Obituary of Jorge Filipe Ferreira

After a long heroic battle with cancer Jorge Filipe Ferreira passed away peacefully surrounded by his Loving family at Victoria Hospital, London on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at the age of 64.  Loving husband of Teresa Pascoa Ferreira for 42 years.  Loving father of David Michael Pascoa Ferreira.  Will be missed by his siblings Joao Ferreira (Emilia), Pedro Ferreira (Guida) and Isaura Ferreira, sister-in-law Goreti and brother-in-law Julio Pascoa (Dianne).  Predeceased by his parents Antonio Duarte Ferreira and Maria da Ascensao Filipe and brother Carlos Ferreira. Will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews and his beloved cats Oreo and Stanley.

Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Thursday, March 7, 2024 from 3-5pm.  Funeral Service in the Chapel at 4pm.  Cremation to follow.  In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Jorge to the LHSF – Victoria Hospital Cancer Program would be appreciated by the family.
