Mary Eileen McNally (neé Moir), 93, passed away peacefully on the 30th of January, 2024, at Glendale Crossing Nursing Home. Born in Chatham, Ontario, daughter of Jean and Irwin Moir, sister to David, Jack, Joan, Judy, Ken, and Margaret.  Beloved wife to Jack (John Anthony) McNally (deceased) and dear mother to sons Michael Anthony and Christopher Ian. Trained in clerical and administration, Eileen worked for various companies throughout her life while devoting herself to her husband and two sons.

Known as fun-loving and light-hearted to many of her extended family and friends, but in later life taking on the duty of caregiver to her husband Jack, Eileen never shied away from difficulty. In the nursing home where she later lived, staff remember her as sweet and alert and as someone who developed meaningful friendships with several members there. She will be sorely missed by her two sons to whom she expressed unconditional love on all terms.

The funeral service will be held at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street in London, on Saturday Feb 10th, visitation at 10:30, ceremony at 11 am. Donations made to The Heart And Stroke Society would be a great way to honour her memory.
