Paul David Krauskopf
June 21, 1963 – December 30, 2023
With sadness the family announces the passing of Paul Krauskopf of Springfield Ontario. Paul is survived by his wife Anne (nee Dandeno), his son Daniel, and daughter Leandra (Darko) and grandchildren Natalija and Milos. Paul was a fantastic stepfather for Joseph and Bridget Dandeno (Anne’s children). He is also survived by his brothers Gord (Nina) of Durham-West Grey, and Donald of London Ont. Paul was born in London Ontario to parents Joseph and Rela Irene Krauskopf (nee Carter) (deceased).
Paul was religious in his life and a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 13404 and of the Saint Steven’s Guild. Paul was very generous with his time in helping others. Paul also enjoyed a challenging and rewarding career in the construction industry. During his spare time, Paul enjoyed doing woodworking projects, for family and friends. Paul had a passion for painting landscape sceneries and enjoyed watching Classic movies with his wife Anne. He also developed a fondness for cooking, enjoyed by his family and friends. The birth of his grandchildren Natalija and Milos was the joy of his life.
Paul’s wife, Anne extends a special thank you, to the Paramedics who came to their aid on the fateful night of his passing.
Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo St., London on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 between 4PM and 7PM. Prayers will be held at 6PM. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Peter’s Cathedral Basilica, 196 Dufferin Avenue, London on Thursday, January 4, 2024 at 10AM. Followed by the internment at Oakland Cemetery, 390 Oxford St West, London. In lieu of flowers the family requested that donations in Paul’s name be made to the Sisters of the Precious Blood Monastery, 301 Ramsay Rd., London Ontario N6G 1N7.
