Peacefully at LHSC Victoria Hospital on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 Biagio Di Blasio, in his 96th year.  Loving husband of 65 years of Ida Di Blasio.  Proud father of Adriano (ZhenZhen Wang), and Renzo (Lisa) Di Blasio.  Adored Nonno of Monisha and Emma.  Predeceased by his siblings Marietta (Antonio), Giuseppina (Gabrielle), Emidio (Rosina) adn Adelina (Pasquale).  Zio Biagio will be missed by his numerous nieces and nephews all around the world.  Biagio loved his time with family and friends, dancing, travelling, playing his accordian, spending time in his garden and being outdoors.   Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Tuesday, May 23 from 2-4 and 6-8 o'clock. Prayers will be held at 7 o'clock. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Church, 345 Lyle Street, on Wednesday, May 24 at 11 o'clock. Entombment in Holy Family Mausoleum, St. Peter's Cemetery.   In lieu of flowers, donations to Spinal Cord Injury Ontario or St. Mary's Church would be appreciated.
