Our very deepest condolences to Bryan and Wreda in this moment of indescribable grief. Michael was a wonderful and precious person whose warmth and affection came through naturally and fully. We were blessed to have known him, and will cherish the memories much. He is in a better place, but leaves behind his love and inner strength as inspiration for us all. Dear Wreda and Bryan, Due to Covid I only met Michael in person on one occasion after a Mass but said many hellos to him via zoom with our group. Michael was always sure to ask if we had a good day and was often visibly supporting those Montreal Canadiens with his favourite hockey shirt filling up my screen! He often happily joined us for our closing Hail Mary. We were aware of Michael’s great faith and his at least once a day online attendance at Mass when he no longer could attend in person. Michael made me realize how uncomplicated a meaningful relationship with Christ really is. It’s about love. I am grateful that I was able to have been touched by Michael for a part of his life journey. Much peace, Deb
