On March 29 in his 82nd year, while surrounded by his family, Bruno peacefully reunited with his wife Maria Rosa Serratore. Deeply loved by many and especially adored by his children Giuseppe (Joe) Serratore (Elizabeth Chandler) and Anna Maria Serratore. Proud Nonno to Bruno Serratore, George Korakianitis (Jessica Lindsay), Christine Zeljkovic (Irnes), Matthew Neal (Lindsay) and Wesley Neal(Torri). Special great-grandfather to Celia, Zina, Emily and Carter. Bruno will be deeply missed by his sister Carmela DeSensi (Pietro) and now joins his siblings Giovanni, Antonio (Angelina) and Rosina (Antonio). Beloved brother in law to Latizia (Toto), Rita (Franco), Immacolata and the late Bettina and Mania. Treasured Uncle to Giovanna Conidi (Giuseppe), Joe Gallo (Elizabeth), Tony DeSensi (Christine), Rosanna DeSensi, Patrizia DeSensi (Dave), Joe Serratore (late Anne), Norina Dennis (Wayne), and Mary Serratore. Zio Bruno had a very special relationship with all of his nieces and nephews in Italy. He loved them dearly and would speak to them often. He had many other cousins and dear friends he'd call daily to check in, even when he wasn't well himself. The void he has left is immeasurable and he will be missed terribly. Family and friends will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Sunday April 2, 2023, from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Prayers Sunday evening at 8:15pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Church, 345 Lyle Street, on Monday, April 3, 2023 at 11am. Entombment in Holy Family Mausoleum, St. Peter's Cemetery, London, Ontario.
