Passed peacefully surrounded by family at LHSC Victoria hospital on Monday, January 2nd, 2023, in his 85th year. Beloved husband of 60 years of Verna (predeceased). Dearest father of Gavin (& Janet) LeMesurier and Lorne (& Anne) LeMesurier. Grandfather of Erin (& John), Jonathan (& Michelle), Erik (& Lana) and Marc. Step-grandfather of Mitchell (& Melyssa) Garner. Brother of Earl LeMesurier (pre-deceased), Mary Henley (nee LeMesurier, pre-deceased), Alma LeMesurier, Stella Roussel (nee LeMesurier), Rosalee Proulx (nee LeMesurier), Anora Gorman (nee LeMesurier), Valerie Rooney (nee LeMesurier).
A special thank you to the staff at LHSC Respiratory Unit, St Elizabeth’s Palliative Health Unit, esp Dr. Maria Parent & NP Terri Quayle and a heart-felt thank you to PSWs Caroline & Lewis for all they did.
Kevin was a member of the Knights of Columbus having achieved the level of the 4th degree and was a Past Grand Knight and Past Faithful Navigator of Dormer Assembly.
Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Friday, January 6th from 5-7 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Michael's Church, 511 Cheapside Street, on Saturday morning, January 7th at 11 o'clock.
