Santos de Diaz, Maria "Uba"

Peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday, December 31, 2022 Uba Santos de Diaz, at the age of 88 years.  Loving wife of the late Luis Diaz (2017).  Proud mother of Olga Diaz  (Mauricio Moreno), Luis "Yito" Diaz (Deisy Barrios), Alvaro Diaz, Nestor Diaz (Patricia Hernandez), Luz Diaz,  Oscar Diaz (Carmen Robles) and Luis Arnulfo Diaz (Rina Santana).  Adored Abuela (grandmother) of 18 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.  Dear sister of Gilberto Santos (late Susana Pinzon).  Predeceased by her 8 brothers and sisters.  Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on  Wednesday, January 4 from 7-9 o'clock. Prayers at 7:30. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Francis-St. Martin Church, 46 Cathcart Street, on Thursday, January 5 at 11 o'clock.  Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery.
