HUNT, Michael Joseph
Passed Sunday July 10, 2022 at his residence in his 54th year, loved and greatly missed. Predeceased by his parents Kenneth “Ken” and Sheilagh Hunt. Survived by his brothers Mark (Carla) and John. Remembered for his independent spirit, cooking, voracious reading, lacrosse playing, gaming and hitchhiking solo across Canada to Calgary and Halifax. Though he struggled with mental and physical disabilities later in life, he made great strides in recent years, amazing family and friends at his progress. Once estranged, he left us knowing he was loved and was loving in return. His rediscovered optimism and thankfulness in the end, should be a lesson for us all. One last gift. Our family will be holding a celebration of life for both Michael and our mother Sheilagh in September 2022.
