Obituary of William Balfour Carss III

CARSS III, William “Bill”

Passed away peacefully with his loving wife Eva by his side on Monday, July 11, 2022, at the age of 68.  Loving father of Wyatt and Michael and his wife Sarah.  Proud grandpa of Ashley.  Will be missed by sisters Beth and Jacquie.  Predeceased by sister Karen.  A life-long learner, Bill spent much of his life absorbing as much knowledge as possible. A skilled teacher, Bill retired from his job as an employment resource officer helping those in need. Bill was a patient father, a devoted husband, and had a great sense of humour. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Friday, July 15, 2022, from 10:00 to 11:00 o’clock.  Memorial Service to follow in the Chapel at 11:00 o’clock.  In lieu of flowers memorial donations in memory of Bill to the CNIB Foundation would be appreciated by the family.  To Donate CLICK HERE
