Christine and family. I remember your mom so well. She would walk the dog up the walkway and stop to chat when she saw me in the garden. Kind words and a friendly smile greeted me with each visit. She is at peace now. Hugs to all.

My dear former neighbours on Delaware Street Mrs Willburger knew me since I am sure the day that I came home from the hospital She was the Mom that lived next door Our families were very close and as children we all played together I remember things like Gingerbread houses at Christmas. I believe the name of the cookies were Mission Cry Babies, but I do remember treats and my first taste of ice tea on a summer day It's funny what you remember Mrs Willburger like my mom always had a neat clean house and she took great pride in her home and garden. All her children were always neat and tidy and though we may not have had the latest fashions we had clean clothes to wear and were taught the value of honesty and hard work I do remember her smile I see the same smile on the face of her children as well. Like myself and two of her daughters she was a nurse so that touches my heart a great deal. I have so many wonderful memories of my neighbours and Mr and Mrs Willburger I feel very blessed to have had them as neighbours I mean really fortunate indeed I will have these very fond memories I hope for a long time to come I'm not sure many people today have the opportunity to grow up like we did, in a working class neighbourhood in East London, but those days were awesome We all played together as children. We were cared for and our parents watched over all of us. We even had a gate in the back yard fence between our two properties! I send my deepest sympathies to everyone
