I would like to extend my sincerest condolences to Joe's family with respect to his recent passing. I had the distinct pleasure in collaborating with Joe and Con-Eng Contractors in the design-build construction of Trojan Technologies Inc. world headquarters in London, Ontario during the 1994-1997 time period.
Joe was an extremely capable Civil Engineer and construction Project Manager, as well as an affable, good-natured person who, despite project pressures, had the capability of positively engaging people and lifting the spirits among those with whom he worked.
Joe will be missed, and may he rest in eternal peace.
