Obituary of Joe Zumbergar

Josef Zumbergar born September 3, 1939, died peacefully at home on July 17, 2021.  Beloved husband of 52 years to Josepha. Loving father to Joseph (Jennifer) Zumbergar.  Cherished grandfather of Jessica, Allison, and Adam.  Also remembered by many nieces and nephews.  Joe will forever be remembered for his amazing flower and vegetable gardens, which he meticulously planted and tended to with his green thumb. 

Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.  Funeral Mass will be held at St. John the Divine Parish, 390 Baseline Road West, on Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at 10:00am.  Entombment to follow in Holy Family Mausoleum, St. Peter's Cemetery.  Please register for visitation and/or Funeral Mass by emailing donohue@donohuefuneralhome.ca or by calling 519-434-2709 with your first/last name and telephone number for contact tracing purposes.  Masks and social distancing are mandatory. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Joe’s memory to Run for the Cure, would be greatly appreciated.
