Teresita Torrefranca of London, Ontario, peacefully passed away with her son Joseph by her side and April and her dog Chester (virtually) at LHSC University Hospital on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at the age of 79. Beloved wife of the late Cesar Torrefranca. Dear Mother of April Therese and Joseph Andre. Dear Sister of Lucila Feliciano (Reynaldo) and late Danilo Herrera (Aurora). She was cherished by her many nieces, nephews, godchildren, and grandchildren. Teresita will also be greatly missed by her loving dog Chester.
The family would like to thank Father Boboy Asor of Holy Family Parish, Cape Breton Island, Indian Reserve, Eskasoni First Nation in Nova Scotia for performing Teresita’s virtual anointing she was desperately requesting prior to death and all the abundant prayers and support received from everyone. The family would also like to thank the staff at LHSC University Hospital Emergency Department, 4th floor Medicine and ICU – Covid Unit for their wonderful care of Teresita.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions a private family visitation and funeral mass will take place on Wednesday, May 12, 2021. Interment to follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery. Donations to the Sisters of the Precious Blood – London (301 Ramsay Rd. London, Ontario N6G 1N7) would be appreciated.
