Obituary of Shirley Ann Chalk

Chalk, Shirley Ann (nee Thibodeau) Peacefully at Parkwood Hospital, London on October 31, 2020 Shirley Ann (nee Thibodeau) Chalk, in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of Ronald for 62 years. Dear mother of Linda Longman, Laura (Mark) Israel and Richard Chalk (Melanie Spencer). Cherished grandmother of Crystal Israel (Andrew Foster), Tyler Israel (Jennifer), Bradley Longman and Jason Longman. Great-grandmother of Aden Israel, Griffin Israel and Audrey Foster. Shirley is predeceased by her sister Rosemary Vail and is survived by her brothers Walter Thibodeau (Doreen), Bev Thibodeau (Carol) and her sisters Carmen Wells (Jack), Georgetta Breen (Hugh) and her brother-in-law Paul Vail . The funeral service will be held on Friday morning, November 6th at 11:00 am at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street. Due to COVID-19 restrictions as per the Bereavement Authority of Ontario a limited number of people are able to attend the service. Please e-mail donohue@donohuefuneralhome.ca to register.
