Nola...devoted wife and mother and nonna! Such a beautiful smile! Always so warm and welcoming. We loved that chicken (or was it rabbit?), black olives, tomato, rosemary dish ..served in one large pot!...Bob remembers Nola accompanying Cosmo while he visited his customers. Carolyn Laura, Frank & Mary: Sorry to read of your Mother's passing. My memories of her go a long way back in time. You were living on Montcalm Ave. and we were living on Kensington Blvd. She must have loved her role as wife and mother because I remember her as cheerful and nice. I can picture her, wearing a cotton dress, standing at the kitchen sink, making sausages. I hope the years after Montcalm Ave. were kind to her (& to all of you). Cherish your memories of your Mom and your Dad and the happy times.

Mary and family,
I can't help but smile when I remember your mother and her enthusiasm for life. The story that popped into my mind when I read about her death was the ride in the new Mustang convertible, probably around 1967. Not sure where we were going, but the sun was shining, the top was down, the Turtles were blaring on the radio, your mom was in the driver's seat and we were bombing around Sarnia. Life doesn't get much better than days like that!
The memories will live forever.
