In the early evening of March 24, 2020, Patrick passed away peacefully in the arms of his loving family after a long and courageous battle with Dementia. In July, Pat and his wife Muriel (McKim) would have celebrated 65 years of marriage. Pat will be greatly missed by his son Michael, granddaughter Laura (Joseph) and great-grandson Jamison, Pat's daughter Patricia and her son Kyle (Amanda), great grandson Liam, and daughter Caitlin. He took great pride and joy in his children and grandchildren whom he loved so much. Pat was born in 1932 in Chatham, the first living child of of his deceased parents James and Marie (Pinsonneault) Surviving their brother are Rosemary and her children and his sister Angela.He was preceded in death by his younger brothers James and William(Judy) and their children and his sister Rita Anne. Pat was a longtime member of Saint John the Divine Parish and was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He had a long career with Ford Motor Co, and in his retirement was a volunteer at the many dinners for the K of C and activities at his church. The family would like a special thanks to the doctors and staff of the Dearness Home and Parkwood hospital who cared for Patrick so patiently during his long battle. Patrick will be cremated and a Celebration of his Life will be held at a future time. The family would also like to thank their many friends and family who cared for Patrick, each in their own way.
