Obituary of James Eugene Hennessy

Hennessy Peacefully, surrounded by his family at L.H.S.C. University Campus on Wednesday, November 21, 2001, James "Big Jim" Hennessy, beloved husband of Mary ( Boylan ) Hennessy, in his 78th year. Dear father of Cathy Allen and her husband John, Nancy Bishop and her husband John, Carol-Ann Girodat and her husband Tim, Patrick Hennessy and his wife Kerri and Mary Frances Curran and her husband Jamie. He will be sadly missed by his faithful pet "Brandy". Dear grandfather of Bradley and Melissa Allen, Jennifer and Megan Bishop, Monique and Christian Girodat, Vanessa Hennessy and Matthew and Nicholas Curran. Dear brother of Philomene Regan, Margaret Young, Sister Mary Eunice Hennessy C.S.J. and Bernice Hennessy. Predeceased by his sisters Sister Eunice Hennessy C.S.J., Mary Morrissey and brothers Gerald and Cyril Hennessy. Dear brother-in-law of Frances Boone and her husband Tom and John Boylan and his wife Sharon. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. A special thank you to the I.C.U.\Cardiology Nursing and Physician Staff at L.H.S.C. University Campus for the caring and compassion. Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, London from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at Mary Immaculate Church, 1980 Trafalgar Street on Saturday morning at 9:30 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Friday evening at 7:30 o'clock. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
