Robin Keirstead made a donation to HEART AND STROKE FOUNDATION OF ONTARIO
Marg, please accept my sincere condolences, expressed to you and your family. Bill's sudden passing will have a huge impact on all who knew him, including the members of his 223 cadet 'family'. He will be remembered fondly for his dedication and commitment, and I will certainly miss his wonderful sense of humour.
