Dear Margaret, Patrick and Daniel, I was saddened to hear of Bills passing. Bill was great friend and mentor to me in my CIC career, I loved his sense of humor, his passion for cadets, and people, but most of all his love for you guys, be assured he will always be with you, his memories will bring you as a family, many laughs, and joyful times in your future, he was a great guy all around and will be missed by many people, hold close those memories at this very sad time, and may god be with you and give you strength!
