Marg, Daniel, Patrick and Martin/Dobbin Family I was so sadden to hear the passing of such a great person who have touched so many over the years. Bill was a great model/leader with such a wonderful organization (cadets) and respected by all. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. Lisa Noel Jensen
