To Marg, Daniel and Patrick and both the Martin and Dobbin Families. I was away on vacation this week when I learned of the sudden and sad news of Bill's passing.I first met Bill and then Marg as part of The 2415 Gonzaga Cadet Family many years ago and had many opportunities to be in your presence since, including last at Blackdown two years ago. You can be very proud of your Dad and Husband. Bill was an inspiration and leader to many in the cadet movement. This is a life cut short that had such a positive and profound influence on so many young people in Canada. In Bill's sudden passing this will be a person that the world will sadly miss.
