Very sad to just learn of Bill's passing. I have many fond memories of Bill from when I was a young cadet in the 80's and he was a new cadet instructor. I can also remember when Marg joined as an instructor and shortly after, the courtship began. I eventually had the pleasure of working with both Bill and Margie as a cadet instructor. Bill was a passionate teacher and leader, full of personality and humour, and also a mentor and friend who was a positive influence in my life and the lives of many other young people. He will be missed but fondly remembered. My thoughts and prayers go out to you, Marg & family.
